What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee depending on the booking. We are flexible — call us if your plans change and we will work with you.

Yes — wheelchair-accessible transport is available with advance notice. Please mention accessibility needs when booking so we can dispatch the right vehicle and chauffeur.

Is gratuity included in the price?

Gratuity for the chauffeur is not included in the base rate. Industry standard is 15–20% and is left to your discretion. Corporate accounts can choose to have gratuity built into the invoice.

Hourly bookings have a 4-hour minimum on weekends and a 3-hour minimum on weekdays. Point-to-point and airport transfers have no minimum — they are flat-rate.

How will I recognize my chauffeur at the airport?

Your chauffeur will be waiting inside the Arrivals area with a sign bearing your name and will assist with your luggage to the vehicle. We'll text you the chauffeur's name and a photo before pickup if requested.
