Bookings & Quotes
Quotes are estimates based on the trip details you provide and are confirmed once we acknowledge your booking. Final pricing may change if trip details — such as timing, route, stops, or duration — change. We reserve the right to decline any booking.
Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be subject to a charge.
Conduct & Vehicle Care
For everyone's safety, passengers must follow all applicable laws and the chauffeur's reasonable instructions. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to a vehicle during their booking beyond normal use.
Delays & Liability
We take pride in punctuality but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, road closures, or flight changes. Our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
